A new green space for the community

A big thanks to everyone who came to the opening of our reimagined roof-garden. We were delighted with the turn-out, and a bit surprised that the weather behaved itself!

Here’s a selection of some of the photos you sent in from the day.

As a community garden, this space is now available for community groups and non-profit organisations to hire for their events and services.

This project has been made possible by the support of the National Lottery Community Fund, and the garden itself was developed in collaboration with garden designer Liam Nellis, and his colleagues Sam and Aidan.

If you couldn’t make it to the opening, not to worry! We’re working on a programme of access and events, and we’ll be making announcements here as soon as we can. Until then, please enjoy this pick of our favourite photos of the new garden.
