That’s where you come in.

We know from experience that community practitioners in the North West want to work with business.

We also know that businesses want to work with the community. And we know that both want to work with the public sector and government agencies. But collectively, we don’t always know how to work together.

The Leadership Collective is about bridging that gap, and growing a regional network of leadership across sectors: community, public and private.

Learning, networking and doing.

Study visit to Dublin

Mid-way through the programme, we’ll spend a few days in Dublin, engaging with policymakers and community leaders.

This is a golden opportunity to network with key stakeholders and leaders delivering change at a big scale.

A lasting network

We want to build a network for community leadership that lasts.

By connecting cross-sectoral leaders throughout the North West, we believe we can foster a more resilient and successful region in the future.

In-person learning

The course is built around monthly in-person sessions at Holywell.

Guided by expert guest speakers, we’ll set the context for our work with in-depth explorations of the socio-political challenges people face in our region.

Actionable outcomes

The programme will emphasise finding solutions to real challenges in the community.

The cohort of leaders will be expected to collaborate on ideas and projects that aim to bring about real change.
