Holywell Trust is recruiting for the position of Programme Manager to supporting the Director to fulfil the vision of Holywell Trust - ‘Working together to create a truly inclusive, shared future.’  and to manage the delivery of Holywell Trust Programmes.

Leadership Collective

The Leadership Collective is a new programme from Holywell Trust, in partnership with Fermanagh Trust and Rural Community Network.

We aim to bring together senior leaders from the public, private, and community sectors to tackle critical socio-economic challenges in the North West. We place a strong emphasis on action-oriented collaboration and the creation of an enduring professional network, promoting long-term community impact.

Become a Trustee of Holywell

We’re refreshing our board of Trustees, and are looking for passionate people from all walks of life to guide our work through a changing Northern Ireland. We’re especially interested in people with skills in communication, marketing, finance and HR management.

  • Trustees ensure the good governance, strategic development and the financial sustainability of Holywell Trust.

    Trustees are required to attend bi-monthly Trustee meetings, and annual general meetings; to oversee the vital financial and personnel decisions of the organisation; and to represent the organisation when necessary.

  • Being a Trustee is both challenging and rewarding. We work with prominent experts and organisations across Northern Ireland: with local, regional and national policymakers; and with major funders across the UK, Ireland and Internationally. Holywell is ambitious, and we require Trustees who share that ambition.

    Trustees not only bring their own skills to the table, but also have the opportunity to develop new skills and connections during their tenure.

  • All Trustees should have a passion for community development, but we especially welcome specialist skills such as: financial management, HR, communications, and marketing.

    We understand that diverse leadership leads to better decisions, so we particularly welcome applications from people of diverse experiences, identities and community backgrounds.
